Despite the crazy snow and chilly tempertures right now there are only 90 sleeps until our most favourite time of the year officially begins.

May long weekend has always been the official kick off to Canadian good life and that is also the weekend we open all programs. Can. Not. Wait. Browse our classes, experiences and events to sign up for some awesome things to look forward to.

This Summer sees many of your old favourite programs returning like Learn to PaddleBoard & all our Beach Yoga programming. We are also updating some programs. Our popular and empowering Women on the Water Stand up Paddle Board series is back and we have added a Level 2 as long promised. This intermediate program is perfect for graduates of level 1 or girls that already have basic paddle and safety skills down.

Our client favourite SUPExplorer Guided paddles were so much fun last year. We have a blast sharing time on the water with both residents and travellers alike. These beginner and family friendly paddles are the perfect way to spend time on the water, enjoy some wildlife spotting and make some classic Canadian Summertime memories. You can choose from our open small group, set paddles or book your own private experience via Google Calendar.

Girlfriend Fridays are also back featuring a whole day of beach awesomeness including beach yoga and lunch delivered to you. We’ve also added SINGLES SUNDAY Fundays, same programming but only for single people ages 30+  A super fun way to meet other people and live your best Summer life.

Land Ho! Our newest land based programs are returning starting with the delicious Downtown Burlington Dessert Walking Tour. This super fun walk combines area knowledge through our waterfront stopping at the best spots to sample a curated line up of mouth watering sweets.

Lastly…and certainly not least. We have one more land program coming soon. This is an experience we’ve been offering for years internationally and have decided its time to bring it home to Burlington. This should be launched by mid March.
