We’ll spend time learning the fundamentals, practising together and building your confidence on calm water in a fun, supportive environment.
Includes equipment, instruction and approximately two hours together on the water.

This welcoming four-session series is designed for women who have always wanted to paddleboardβor who simply want to build confidence, improve their skills and spend more time on the water with a supportive group of like-minded women.
Whether you’re stepping onto a board for the very first time or looking to become more comfortable exploring independently, I’ll help you progress at your own pace in a relaxed, encouraging environment.
We’ll celebrate every milestone, laugh together, explore beautiful waterways and create the confidence to enjoy paddleboarding for years to come.

We had an amazing time paddleboarding in Burlington with Maria. We were complete beginners and she was so kind and patient with us, getting all four of us up and paddleboarding in no time. She took us on a lovely route through the creek where we saw turtles and other wildlife. It was a fantastic family experience and one of the highlights of our trip. We would highly recommend Ontario Staycation Adventures to anyone visiting Burlington.
My husband brought me to the beach to try the paddle boarding for the first time. I had never tried it and was a bit concerned at my age but Maria made the whole process fun and shared instructions and tips to make me feel at ease before we got to the water. It was a great experience. Thank you.
