Giftable Water Experiences 

Sign up for our water based programs and enjoy life on the water. Water classes have always been the core of our experiences and we love empowering our clients to safely enjoy the lake with our comprehensive lessons and experiences. We’ve added some over 50 classes as well as programs for teens this Summer so everyone has a place to learn with their peers.

Learn to Paddle board – A MUST do for anyone spending, or wanting to spend time on a paddle board safely. We go through ALL the things you need to know including safety, weather forcasting, float plans and of course all the paddle skills you need. Beginner 12+ and 50+ classes available.

SUPexplorer – Our clients just love our newest programming. Join our leisurely guided paddles to safely introduce yourself to some of our other favourite local waterways. Alot of preparation goes into safely paddling and we will look after all the details for you. Did we mention there are on the water snacks included. Pick your choice of OPEN groups to join or book a private experience within our available times. Full rental packages or BYOB options. Kayakers are welcome to join.

Women on the Water – Level 1 or Level 2  We always have the BEST time with our Women on the Water series. Join an all girl group once a week to build skills, have fun and make new friends. We teach you ALLLL the things that make paddle boarding the best sport in the world. Level 1 is suitable for beginners or those fairly new to the sport. Our brand new Level 2 series is for graduates of Level 1, our Learn to SUP classes or those that already possess basic safety and paddling skills. Level 2 will focus on further developing your skills, water rescues and on the water learning opportunities.

Giftable Beach Experiences

Moon Events – We adore the moon and our signature Full & New Moon Beach Yoga practices bring the magic to the beach. Each one is special according to the moon we practice under and include a special ceremony at the end. Solstice and Equinox are equally as special. All classes are open to all levels and beginner friendly. The vibes are amazing and we can’t wait to see our Yoga tribe on the beach once again. Watch out for on the Water social paddles.

Beach Yoga – Enjoy a weekly beach yoga class with your toes in the sand next to gentle waves as we kick off another season of weekly beach classes. These are perfect for all levels. Experienced yogis can step up their practice with the added balance needed on sand and newbies can find the extra grounding it provides. Each session is 7 weeks and single classes are available once the series begins.

Floating Mediation & Sound Baths – Find your ZEN in our blissful water and beach experiences.
