Booking FAQ

Rentals are able to be booked immediately and our season will begin June 21 for the 2022 season.

All participants MUST sign waivers for the season before you receive your first rentals of the year. Only persons on the waivers are permitted to use our rentals. Minors under 18 must have waiver signed by parents.

Choose your Staycation package, length of rental and delivery / pick up options . Please note WE ONLY DELVER TO BURLINGTON address, hotels and the beach(once daily) at this time. All other orders must be picked up in North Burlington.

Confirmation email within 24 hours will ask for your DATES , usage location details, delivery address or provide details for you to pick up your Staycation rentals!

Staycation Rentals must be used in accordance to our usage guidelines with anchor provided. Unless otherwise stated all equipment is rated and for use by one person only.

Staycation packages include everything you need to comfortably and safely use our equipment. We always include a rechargeable pump with necessary attachments to inflate your products along with a straw for deflation. If you prefer a plug in pump, let us know.

Please review the laminated instruction cards contained in your package on proper care and usage for your rentals.

At the end of your rental, please ensure all equipment is completely deflated using the straws provided to make the process quicker. Use the checklist to ensure all the items are there and neatly pack your items for return. Ensure excess sand and dirt are rinsed off before packaging.

When we receive your rentals back, everything will be blown up, inspected and disinfected.If everything is in good order we will return your security deposit to your method of payment within 36 hours. If anything is missing or damaged, we will deduct the amount from your damage deposit and send you an invoice for any charges outstanding.

Pick up/ Delivery

All of our rentals will come packaged in easy to carry bags.

Pick Up: You will be given a pick up location close to Upper Middle and Guelph Line in Burlington, Located right between our major highways, it is a quick stop on your way to the beach, cottage or party.

Home Delivery in Burlington:

We will deliver & pick up (for an extra charge) within the city of Burlington boundaries. This service DOES NOT include going into high rises or buildings. We can however meet you at a designated time at the front door. We can also UBER you the products.

Government ID will be required to accept delivery.

Hotel Delivery in Burlington:

We will deliver & pick up (for an extra charge) to hotels within the city of Burlington boundaries. Delivery and or pick up to the front desk at designated times only. We can also UBER you our rentals.

Government ID will be required to accept delivery unless front desk signs off.

Beach Delivery to Burlington Beach:

We will deliver to a designated spot in the Burlington Beachway park parking lot ONCE DAILY on most days during the Summer. We will only be there for a short time so please ensure you are there promptly and ready for delivery.

If you are not there at the stared delivery time, we will make it available for pick up later that day, Your delivery fee and rental will not be refunded.

Please ensure you have your ID ready to accept your rentals.

First class? Please arrive AT LEAST 15 min’s before class starts to sign waivers & get geared up at our beach shop before heading down to the beach.

CLASSES BEGIN PROMPTLY at stated start time.

Please find the class on the beach & a free spot on the sand. Check your spot for any rocks and then lay out for mat on the beach. If we are going to be doing something different or special..the instructor will guide you in the set up.

Is it Sunny? Apply sunscreen before we begin!

Is it Sunset? Consider bringing repellent in case of mosquitos.

Changerooms, Bathrooms and a Concession stand are located close by. We also offer lockers.

*LESSONS RUN LIGHT RAIN OR SHINE, we will only cancel classes if there is lightening OR if the waves are unacceptable for beginners. Class structure may be altered if the need arises but all areas will be covered. Classes that cannot take place will be rescheduled. No refunds will be given.

Wellness Policies 2022

2022 WELLNESS POLICIES:

We have updated our policies & procedures to ensure the safety of our staff and clients. If you are not following protocols, you are putting others at risk.

Please wear a mask when you are picking up or accepting delivery of your Staycation rental packages.

All equipment is inspected and sanitised prior to each rental.

All clients must be in good health to participate in a Burlington Beach Rentals activity or rentals.
DO NOT COME… if experiencing fever, cough, shortness of breath, sudden loss of taste or smell, or cold flu-like symptoms.
DO NOT COME… if you have been in physical contact with anyone in medical quarantine and/or out of the Province in the last 14 days.
If you cannot come because of items 2 or 3, above… please notify us and you can rebook for another date.

Damage Deposit

For each Staycation rental we will take a DAMAGE DEPOSIT of $100 minimum on your credit card of choice.

Once you have booked your Staycation rental, we will send you the confirmation email along with an invoice for the stated amount of deposit we require on file before you pick up your equipment.

This charge will be reversed within 36 hours to your payment card of choice when we have recieved back all items you have rented in good and working condition. We will be blowing up and sanitizing each product for the inspections.

Please send us an email immediately if you have any problems when you receive your package. On completion of inspection you will receive back your damage deposit automatically within the time frame.

Any damaged or lost items will be taken out of your deposit. If damages or lost items are up and above the retained amount, you will be responsible for paying the difference.

We will deliver your rentals regardless of the weather in Burlington.

You may make changes to your reservations within 48 hours of pick up and simply pick another available date.

Changes made with less than 24 hours notice will lose any delivery fee paid.

No Refunds. You may take a credit to use towards your next rental.
