GIFTABLE EXPERIENCE

Join us for one (or a series) of our popular and blissful Mindful Paddle & Floating Meditation sessions on the lake! Meditation has so many benefits. Even more when its on the water.

Imagine the sun warming your face while we gently float with the wind off our hometown beach in Burlington. Our instructor will help guide you to quiet your mind and settle in to experience time of living in the moment. A perfect chance to re ground and enjoy a little ‘me time”. Each session will be themed and vary slightly depending on instructor. The perfect experience for those that are a bit apprehensive about paddle board classes. Wellness, connecting with yourself and nature will be our prime focus.

Join us for our Full or New Moon Beach Yoga classes that precede each float for the full experience.

No previous paddle board, swimming or meditation experience needed.

2024 Dates :

Our classes will immediately follow New, Full and Solsrice Yoga classes.

Sunset Full Moon Floats

May 23 – 9 p.m.
June 21- 9 p.m.
July 21- 9 p.m.

New Moon Floats:

June 6 – 8 p.m.
July 5 – 8 p.m.
August 4 8 p.m.

Additional Times :

Wed. July 31 – 7 p.m.

Booking FAQ

ALL CLASSES RUN LIGHT RAIN OR SHINE. There are no credits given for missed classes unless WE MUST RESCHEDULE.

In case of inclement weather, or fewer than needed participants we will send out a cancellation notice as soon as possible. Please check our FB feed or your email!

This class is particular requires calm water so we must be patient some times and reschedule to the next available float.

*Have a gift certificate you would like to use? Either call directly or include that in the message. You must get a confirmation from us directly to ensure there is space in the class.

What to Expect

Please reserve your spot in our popular Mindful Paddles and Floating Meditations in advance as group size is limited. Arrive AT LEAST 20 min’s before the paddle is scheduled to sign waivers & get geared up before we begin.

Sessions BEGIN PROMPTLY at stated start time. Anyone arriving after we have left the shore WILL NOT be able to join us. No refunds or credits will be given.

All participants must follow all instructions from staff for a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone in the group. If you have any concerns please speak to one of our staff before we leave from shore.

All guided paddles vary due to conditions, theme and instructor.

*Our guided paddles RUN LIGHT RAIN OR SHINE. We we will make a call for weather or inclement conditions up to 3 hours before the start time. If water or weather conditions prevent us from offering the experience, we will offer a reschedule or you may join one of the future scheduled events. Please follow our Social media channels for current information.

What to Wear

Please dress according to the weather. YOU MAY GET WET. You may wear a bathing suit or other light, easy dry clothing. For evening paddles, we suggest bringing a long sleeve layer for comfort.
We provide all needed safety equipment and YOU MUST WEAR YOUR P.D.F. We encourage you to lather on NON OIL BASED high SPF sunscreen before you hit the water and wear a hat.
Change rooms, bathrooms and a concession are all available in the main bathroom building in the park. Bring a change of clothes as a precaution.

Picture Packages

PICTURE PACKAGES – You may now purchase pictures of your practice on the beach. A great way to preserve priceless moments by yourself or with a friend. This package MUST be booked before class starts. We routinely take pictures of all our classes but those pictures will only be shared to our social media as time allows.

$35 per person or $50 per couple gets your at least 10 high resolution non watermarked digital images sent to your email for printing or sharing.
