This charge will be reserved once we confirm that all rentals have been returned undamaged. Missing or damaged items will be charged.

All participants fill out ONLINE ACTIVITY & RENTAL WAIVER.

SAFETY GUIDELINES must be followed with all rentals.

EACH WAIVER is signed only ONCE PER SEASON per participant.

Booking FAQ

Rentals are able to be booked immediately and our season will begin June 21 for the 2022 season.

All participants MUST sign waivers for the season before you receive your first rentals of the year. Only persons on the waivers are permitted to use our rentals. Minors under 18 must have waiver signed by parents.

Choose your Staycation package, length of rental and delivery / pick up options . Please note WE ONLY DELVER TO BURLINGTON address, hotels and the beach(once daily) at this time. All other orders must be picked up in North Burlington.

Confirmation email within 24 hours will ask for your DATES , usage location details, delivery address or provide details for you to pick up your Staycation rentals!

All participants MUST sign waivers for the season before you receive your first rentals of the year.

Staycation Rentals must be used in accordance to our usage guidelines with anchor provided. Unless otherwise stated all equipment is rated and for use by one person only.

Staycation packages include everything you need to comfortably and safely use our equipment. We always include a rechargeable pump with necessary attachments to inflate your products along with a straw for deflation. If you prefer a plug in pump, let us know.

Please review the laminated instruction cards contained in your package on proper care and usage for your rentals.

At the end of your rental, please ensure all equipment is completely deflated using the straws provided to make the process quicker. Use the checklist to ensure all the items are there and neatly pack your items for return. Ensure excess sand and dirt are rinsed off before packaging.

When we receive your rentals back, everything will be blown up, inspected and disinfected.If everything is in good order we will return your security deposit to your method of payment within 36 hours. If anything is missing or damaged, we will deduct the amount from your damage deposit and send you an invoice for any charges outstanding.

Pick up/ Delivery

All of our rentals will come packaged in easy to carry bags.

Pick Up: You will be given a pick up location close to Upper Middle and Guelph Line in Burlington, Located right between our major highways, it is a quick stop on your way to the beach, cottage or party.

Home Delivery in Burlington:

We will deliver & pick up (for an extra charge) within the city of Burlington boundaries. This service DOES NOT include going into high rises or buildings. We can however meet you at a designated time at the front door. We can also UBER you the products.

Government ID will be required to accept delivery.

Hotel Delivery in Burlington:

We will deliver & pick up (for an extra charge) to hotels within the city of Burlington boundaries. Delivery and or pick up to the front desk at designated times only. We can also UBER you our rentals.

Government ID will be required to accept delivery unless front desk signs off.

Beach Delivery to Burlington Beach:

We will deliver to a designated spot in the Burlington Beachway park parking lot ONCE DAILY on most days during the Summer. We will only be there for a short time so please ensure you are there promptly and ready for delivery.

If you are not there at the stared delivery time, we will make it available for pick up later that day, Your delivery fee and rental will not be refunded.

Please ensure you have your ID ready to accept your rentals.

First class? Please arrive AT LEAST 15 min’s before class starts to sign waivers & get geared up at our beach shop before heading down to the beach.

CLASSES BEGIN PROMPTLY at stated start time.

Please find the class on the beach & a free spot on the sand. Check your spot for any rocks and then lay out for mat on the beach. If we are going to be doing something different or special..the instructor will guide you in the set up.

Is it Sunny? Apply sunscreen before we begin!

Is it Sunset? Consider bringing repellent in case of mosquitos.

Changerooms, Bathrooms and a Concession stand are located close by. We also offer lockers.

*LESSONS RUN LIGHT RAIN OR SHINE, we will only cancel classes if there is lightening OR if the waves are unacceptable for beginners. Class structure may be altered if the need arises but all areas will be covered. Classes that cannot take place will be rescheduled. No refunds will be given.

2022 WELLNESS POLICIES:

We have updated our policies & procedures to ensure the safety of our staff and clients. If you are not following protocols, you are putting others at risk.

Please wear a mask when you are picking up or accepting delivery of your Staycation rental packages.

All equipment is inspected and sanitised prior to each rental.

All clients must be in good health to participate in a Burlington Beach Rentals activity or rentals.
DO NOT COME… if experiencing fever, cough, shortness of breath, sudden loss of taste or smell, or cold flu-like symptoms.

Damage Deposit

For each Staycation rental we will take a DAMAGE DEPOSIT of $100 minimum on your credit card of choice.

Once you have booked your Staycation rental, we will send you the confirmation email along with an invoice for the stated amount of deposit we require on file before you pick up your equipment.

This charge will be reversed within 36 hours to your payment card of choice when we have recieved back all items you have rented in good and working condition. We will be blowing up and sanitizing each product for the inspections.

Please send us an email immediately if you have any problems when you receive your package. On completion of inspection you will receive back your damage deposit automatically within the time frame.

Any damaged or lost items will be taken out of your deposit. If damages or lost items are up and above the retained amount, you will be responsible for paying the difference. Exact fees are in your annual waiver and rental agreement.

SAFETY GUIDELINES must be followed with all rentals.

EACH WAIVER is signed only ONCE PER SEASON per participant.

Booking FAQ

Rentals are able to be booked immediately and our season will begin June 21 for the 2022 season.

Confirmation email within 24 hours will ask for your DATES , usage location details, delivery address or provide details for you to pick up your Staycation rentals!

All participants MUST sign waivers for the season before you receive your first rentals of the year.

Staycation Rentals must be used in accordance to our usage guidelines with anchor provided. Unless otherwise stated all equipment is rated and for use by one person only.

Please review the laminated instruction cards contained in your package on proper care and usage for your rentals.

Pick up/ Delivery

All of our rentals will come packaged in easy to carry bags.

Home Delivery in Burlington:

Government ID will be required to accept delivery.

Hotel Delivery in Burlington:

Government ID will be required to accept delivery unless front desk signs off.

Beach Delivery to Burlington Beach:

If you are not there at the stared delivery time, we will make it available for pick up later that day, Your delivery fee and rental will not be refunded.

Please ensure you have your ID ready to accept your rentals.

First class? Please arrive AT LEAST 15 min’s before class starts to sign waivers & get geared up at our beach shop before heading down to the beach.

CLASSES BEGIN PROMPTLY at stated start time.

Is it Sunny? Apply sunscreen before we begin!

Is it Sunset? Consider bringing repellent in case of mosquitos.

Changerooms, Bathrooms and a Concession stand are located close by. We also offer lockers.

We have updated our policies & procedures to ensure the safety of our staff and clients. If you are not following protocols, you are putting others at risk.

Please wear a mask when you are picking up or accepting delivery of your Staycation rental packages.

Every girl needs at least a few blissful beach days with her girls living her best life..and we are here to help you do just that! Our super awesome GirlFriend Friday Staycation Beach days are back for Summer 2025!

Not only that but we have added a few SINGLES Beach Days so we can mix & mingle.

FABULOUS FRIDAY STAYCATION packages will include everything you need for a great beach day making memories! Bring a few friends or come on your own and make new one. We set up everything for you, you just walk in and enjoy.

Each Fab Friday Beach day will begin with an all level Beach Yoga class along with a meet and greet so you will know everyone in our little group. All BeachSpots and Floaties will be close together for easy socialising.

Booking FAQ

Please reserve your spot in our popular retreat days in advance as group size is limited. Arrive AT LEAST 10 min’s before Beach Yoga class is scheduled Waivers MUST be done online prior to arrival. We will check you in at the designated spot on the beach with Government Photo ID.

Lunch

Lunch will be served to you on the beach including a dessert from one of our featured Dessert Walk shops. No alcohol. Vegetarian options available. We will be in touch prior to the retreat to confirm lunch options.

Singles Events:

We require each person to be legally single and will do our best to have an even number of males/ females. This is a laid back fun way to meet new singles for friendship or more. No expectations other than a fun day with new & existing friends.

You may book a Paddleboard Rental during the afternoon. 1 person per SUP only. 90 minute rental including safety equipment.

*Our Retreats RUN LIGHT RAIN OR SHINE. We we will make a call for weather up to 10 pm. the previous evening. If water or weather conditions prevent us from offering water portion of the day, the items that were not enjoyed will be credited. In case of weather cancellation, you may reschedule with another upcoming retreat with space available or we will reschedule the day to another Friday or Sunday that month. Day structure and/ or classes, rentals may be altered if the need arises. Minimum number of participants needed. You may be asked to join a larger group on another date if needed. No refunds unless we cannot provide the experience on any dates during the season.

What to Wear

Please dress according to the weather. YOU MAY GET WET. You may wear a bathing suit or other light, easy dry clothing for the water portions of the day. We provide all needed safety equipment and YOU MUST WEAR YOUR P.D.F. We encourage you to lather on NON OIL BASED high SPF sunscreen before you hit the water and wear a hat.

Your included Beach spots are yours for the day and you may also use one of our lockers for important items.

Change rooms, bathrooms and a concession are all available in the main bathroom building in the park. Bring a change of clothes as a precaution. You may also bring some accessories or bright coloured tops if you are opting for our picture packages.

Picture Packages

PICTURE PACKAGES – You may now purchase pictures of your fantastic Summer adventure!!

Option A) Our instructor will take pictures and video of your lessons on the lake and you can take them home to show all your friends. A great way to preserve priceless moments.. We routinely take pictures of all our lessons but those pictures will only be shared to our social media as time allows unless you have chosen a package.

$35 per person or $50 per couple gets your at least 10 high resolution non watermarked digital images sent to your email for printing or sharing.

Option B) Have you always wanted to be a Mermaid? Let us help you get into the moment with a choice of tails** & props! You may wear your bathing suit or bring another top of your choice. We will take a series of pictures in different poses with 1 costume change. We will send you home with the top 12 RAW on USB. One edited high res jpeg will be sent to you at a later date for the real fairytale look!

**please note at this time our mermaid tails only fit size 12 and smaller even though we order XL. We can still take pictures but will offer you 2 edited with tails instead. Working on larger sizes if we have enough demand :)
