Water Safety is serious business and we take the safety of our clients very seriously. SUP is an amazing sport but as with all water activities it involves a certain amount of risk. At this time our iSUP rentals will only be approved if you are a past or present client of SUP lessons or activities over the past decade :)

By Renting our equipment you are agreeing to our terms of use in both Safety and Care of the equipment in your possession.

1. iSUP is only rented to the person or person listed on the waiver form.
2. No alcohol, drugs or other illicent substances during or prior to use of iSUP on waterways.
3. No Dogs or other animals allowed on rental SUPs at any time.
4. Renter must AT ALL TIMES wear a properly fitted PDF and be attached to the iSUP with the  included leash. The only expception to this is in a sheltered location with an ANCHOR. We will advise you in this case before the rental.
5. iSUP must be inflated carefully and as directed in the instruction sheet to the proper 14-15 PSi.
6. iSUP can be damaged in the sunshine and must never be left in direct sun when not in use. iSUP can and will blow seams when they get hot enough. iSUPS with seam blowouts cannot be successfully repaired and will be charged at a complete loss.
7. Weather forecasting or planning is REQUIRED. Wind and storms can come in quickly and have devasting consequences if you are not mindful and aware. Be prepared to check and update this information every few hours.
8. Float plan is required. A brief outline to us at rental and also confirmation to a responsible third party . We ARE NOT responsible for your safety or choices on the water but will do our best to advise you within our knowledge of the areas.
9. Rentals are designed to be picked up the night before your adventure or delivered locally the morning of.
10. We will include a paddle and lifejacket, whistle with your iSUP rental. You may choose a single shaft paddle or 3 peice adjustable.
11. If you intend to change waterways during your rental, you MUST wash off the SUP of possible contaminants  with mild sopay water and rinsed prior to doing so.
12. Any lost, damaged or unusable items will be charged against your deposit. Any additional outstanding balance must be paid on request after we inspect the returned items. If we must completely write off a board due to condition at return, you will be offered the iSUP to take home after replacement value is paid.
13. After use of the SUP it must be air or towel dried before deflation and rolling back into carry bag. NO SAND or rocks on equipment when you are rolling.

We will go over any questions you have prior to rental. After return of equipment, we will unpack , inspect and sanitize everything before sending a confirmation email and returning your deposit.
