Appropriate Damage Deposit will be invoiced to you to pay online before pick up or delivery of your Staycation Beach Day package and BeachSpot rental.

This charge will be reversed once we confirm that all rentals have been returned undamaged.

Missing or damaged items will be charged.

At this time we only deliver to addresses within the Burlington, Ontario boundaries of Appleby to Waterdown Rd. The address provided must have a main floor entrance or drop off. We will deliver to homes & hotels.

BURLINGTON BEACH delivery available most days during the Summer. You must be able to meet us at the designated spot in the parking lot of the beach between 9:30- -10 a.m.

Government ID presented to driver that will take a picture of it for our records. We will email you to arrange delivery once we receive your order. We reserve the right to use Uber to deliver your rentals.

Cancellation of delivery with 48 hours notice will credit your account. Cancellation with less than 48 hours will result in a loss of delivery fee.

PLEASE ENSURE:

All participants fill out ONLINE ACTIVITY & RENTAL WAIVER.

SAFETY GUIDELINES must be followed with all rentals.

ID Required to pick up or accept delivery of your Rental Package

EACH WAIVER is signed only ONCE PER SEASON per participant.
