5 – 90  minute Gatherings on the Water



Join us on the lake for a wonderful series of gatherings created just for the ladies.

New for Summer 2025 – We will now offer 2 different levels to keep up with our growing community. Choose from Level 1 Beginners or Level 2 Intermediate.

Our small groups will meet on set days for a different paddleboarding experience on the water. We will combine skills training and socializing for a truly awesome and laid back experience. This series will make empower you and make you feel good about being on the water living your best life. Pushing limits in safe environments. Perfect for mother/daughter activity, with friends or come solo and make new besties <3

Each date will feature one of the following activities. Please note if the conditions aren’t great for the chosen activity, we will substitute something else.  Previous experience is not needed. Each session will include 20 minutes of free time. Just bring yourself, a great attitude and get ready for fun! *Please note, we do offer a rolling start and can often add a few participants after the start dates.

Level I

  • Learn to SUP
  • Learn to SUPYoga
  • Learn Floating Meditation
  • Guided Paddle to Cove
  • Field trip! We will SUP another location within 30 minutes of Burlington and practice skills you’ve been taught.

Level II

  • Welcome Paddle/ Skills Review
  • Advanced Paddle Skills 
  • SUP fitness & Paddle
  • SUPYoga 
  • Field Trip within 40 minutes of Burlington.

End of Summer Group Social (with all groups) on the Beach with appetizers and Beach games!! 
 Rental Package or BYOB options.

Please note if conditions are too rough to run any class, we will simply bump the class and keep going until all 4 sessions are complete! If you can’t make all classes in your series, we may be able to put you into another running class you can make :)  Level II is reserved for those that already possess basic paddling skills.

*Rolling Starts are possible. Email us if your chosen start date has passed.

I had the best time learning how to paddle board and do yoga on the board this Summer. The small classes and personal attention were awesome and just what I need to feel safe on the water. It was really nice to learn with just women too.

My girlfriends and I attended the Fridays Girlfriend Retreat. Our experience was amazing, fun and laid back. Super friendly stssff made our first exprience on the paddleboard and kayaks very comfortable. Although lunch wasn’t provided due to Covid, Maria provided each of us with lovely fresh salads, bottled water, individual yummy desserts and sparkling juice. We will definently sign up again next Summer!

A lovely morning on the water. The SUP lesson was so informative coverinf safety, skills and fun. What more can you ask for on a Sunday morning. Highly recommended.

CLASSES RUN LIGHT RAIN OR SHINE. There are no credits given for missed classes unless WE MUST RESCHEDULE.
