Join our SUPYoga tribe!

SUP Yoga is taking the  fitness world by storm!! What is SUPYoga?  Essentially yoga on a stand up paddle board in the water!  Since the SUP board is large enough to act as a mat (and sturdy enough to support someone standing on it) it was only a matter of time before yogis started to discover the ways it challenged their practice. Super fun & very effective in building core strength!

Afraid of the water? Can’t swim?  We have you covered!  In Burlington we are lucky enough to have a gradual shallow, sand entry. Boards are set up before you arrive and anchored in place in appx. 3 feet of water.   Worst case if you fall off..just stand up and hop back on!

SUP Yoga is a must try activity in your Summer of awesome!

ALL CLASSES RUN LIGHT RAIN OR SHINE. There are no credits given for missed classes unless WE MUST RESCHEDULE. Series will run until we finish the required number of classes. 

In case of inclement weather, or fewer than needed participants we will send out a cancellation notice as soon as possible. Please check our FB feed or your email! We will reconvene on the next scheduled date until all classes have been completed. Please note we do need a minimum number of participants to run the classes.

5 – 90  minute Gatherings on the Water



Join us on the lake for a wonderful series of gatherings created just for the ladies.

New for Summer 2025 – We will now offer 2 different levels to keep up with our growing community. Choose from Level 1 Beginners or Level 2 Intermediate.

Our small groups will meet on set days for a different paddleboarding experience on the water. We will combine skills training and socializing for a truly awesome and laid back experience. This series will make empower you and make you feel good about being on the water living your best life. Pushing limits in safe environments. Perfect for mother/daughter activity, with friends or come solo and make new besties <3

Each date will feature one of the following activities. Please note if the conditions aren’t great for the chosen activity, we will substitute something else.  Previous experience is not needed. Each session will include 20 minutes of free time. Just bring yourself, a great attitude and get ready for fun! *Please note, we do offer a rolling start and can often add a few participants after the start dates.

Level I

  • Learn to SUP
  • Learn to SUPYoga
  • Learn Floating Meditation
  • Guided Paddle to Cove
  • Field trip! We will SUP another location within 30 minutes of Burlington and practice skills you’ve been taught.

Level II

  • Welcome Paddle/ Skills Review

  • Field Trip within 40 minutes of Burlington.

End of Summer Group Social (with all groups) on the Beach with appetizers and Beach games!!

Please note if conditions are too rough to run any class, we will simply bump the class and keep going until all 4 sessions are complete! If you can’t make all classes in your series, we may be able to put you into another running class you can make :)  Level II is reserved for those that already possess basic paddling skills.

Find a spot in the sand as the sun begins its slow descent into the horizon. Our yoga instructors will guide you through a 45 minute class of gentle, restorative yoga followed by a 20 minute meditation to the sounds of gentle lapping water and drum beats. Each solstice, Full & New Moon Yoga class will be unique with different instruments, bowls or chimes to be used depending on the month, theme and instructor teaching. The beach will be lit and we will observe the sunset and moon rise over the water. After the classes are finished you are invited to sit and socialise while taking in the fabulous scenery.

Reserve your spot early. Please fill out your annual waiver before arriving for your first class of the season. We will meet at a designated spot on the beach just SOUTH of the concession.

All classes must be booked in advance. Please RESERVE your choice of classes online.

ALL CLASSES RUN LIGHT RAIN OR SHINE. There are no credits or refunds given for missed classes. Each class has an INCLEMENT condition date, please take note of it when you book. If you absolutely can’t make the rain date, we will extend your pass to other yoga events that are on schedule to run. Please check our social media pages for current information on the day of and up to 2 hours prior to the event.

Classes are appropriate for ages 11+. All participants must sign waivers prior to participating in any class. Children must be accompanied by their parents.

Every girl needs at least a few blissful beach days with her girls living her best life..and we are here to help you do just that! Our super awesome GirlFriend Friday Staycation Beach days are back for Summer 2025!

Not only that but we have added a few SINGLES Beach Days so we can mix & mingle.

FABULOUS FRIDAY STAYCATION packages will include everything you need for a great beach day making memories! Bring a few friends or come on your own and make new one.  We set up everything for you, you just walk in and enjoy. 

Each Fab Friday Beach day will begin with an all level Beach Yoga class along with a meet and greet so you will know everyone in our little group. All BeachSpots and Floaties will be close together for easy socialising.

Your package will include:

  • Beach Spot with comfy beach wedge chairs (2 ppl./umbrella)
  • Morning Beach Yoga Class
  • Anchored Deluxe Floaties waiting for you in the water.
  • Frisbee & Beach Games
  • Lunch delivered to the Beach with Dessert from one of our fav downtown dessert spots that are also featured in our Dessert Walking Tours !

*Singles Events will also include a fun ice breaker beach game after morning yoga.

EXTRAS 

You may book a Paddleboard Rental during the afternoon. 1 person per SUP only. 90 minute rental including safety equipment.

*Our Retreats RUN LIGHT RAIN OR SHINE.  We we will make a call for weather up to 10 pm. the previous evening. If water or weather conditions prevent us from offering water portion of the day, the items that were not enjoyed will be credited. In case of weather cancellation, you may reschedule with another upcoming retreat with space available or we will reschedule the day to another Friday or Sunday that month.  Day structure and/ or classes, rentals may be altered if the need arises. Minimum number of participants needed. You may be asked to join a larger group on another date if needed. No refunds unless we cannot provide the experience on any dates during the season.
